As part of the Octopia Fulfillment team, you will contribute to sales development in a challenging and stimulating environment. Your main tasks will be telephone prospecting and recruiting new sales representatives in the UK market. Your missions will focus on: 

  • Sales, the core of you activity: 
    • Identifying and researching prospects in line with defined acquisition strategies, 
    • Understanding and mastering the sales cycle of your different clusters to be able to obtain key information from your prospects, generate interest, and facilitate their acquisition, 
    • Manage and prioritize the acquisition of new customers according to development potential by qualifying your prospects, 
    • Carry out outbound prospecting campaigns via different channels (telephone, email, professional networks...) to reach your monthly targets, 


  • Customer support, a lever of growth: 
    • Promote Octopia Fulfillment and its network of warehouses to the customers in your portfolio, 
    • Support your customers in optimizing their logistics in order to build a relationship of trust, 
    • Contribute to developing their order volume and provide them with expert e-commerce advice,


  • Knowledge of your market, a key success factor: 
    • Conduct market studies and surveys and adapt your sales pitch and pass on information to your product/marketing teams.
    • Know the different sales channels and growth levers available to your customers to ensure optimum development of your portfolio, 
    • Provide input to Octopia Fuliflllment cross-functional teams.


  • With a sales background, you have good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • You have initial experience in an international sales role (includes internships)
  • One of your main qualities is adaptability, which will enable you to manage vendor relations and meet the marketplace's expectations
  • You are born challenger, for you, objectives mean only one thing: exceeding them!
  • You speak English perfectly
  • You have a good knowledge of standard IT tools (Pack Office: Outlook, Excel, Word)
